Abstract We construct a large family of Fourier interpolation bases for functions analytic in strip symmetric about the real line. Interesting examples involve nontrivial zeros Riemann zeta function and other L -functions. establish duality principle terms certain kernels general Dirichlet series with variable coefficients. Such admit meromorphic continuation, poles at sequence dual to frequencies series, they satisfy functional equation. Our construction concrete relies on strengthening Knopp’s abundance equations careful analysis associated kernel, coefficients arising from modular integrals theta group.

For any Galois extension of number fields K/k, the object of this note is to show that if the quotient ζK(s)/ζk(s) of the Dedekind zeta functions has a zero of order at most max{2, p2 − 2} at s0 6= 1, then every Artin L-function for Gal(K/k) is holomorphic at s0, where p2 is the second smallest prime divisor of the degree of K/k.
